Emmalines is housed in the historic Woollen Mills in Lobethal, where its team of around 60 staff work to produce over 90 hand made products ranging from iced bar cakes to chocolates, muffins and fruit loaves.

Andrew & Susan believe that using real ingredients like butter (not margarine), eggs (not egg powder), as well as fresh fruit and vegetables, is the reason why people have continued to come back to Emmaline's time and time again.

Our bar cakes and biscuits use no premixes and use all fresh ingredients where possible. Our goal is to provide products that have the same quality as if they were made in your very own kitchen.
